PERU 2021 GIVES THE DISTINCTIVE COMPANY SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE IN ITS 8TH EDITION
In recognition of the commitment assumed with its clients, collaborators, shareholders, communities and the State, the association Peru 2021 granted Talma Servicios Aeroportarias the Distinctive of Socially Responsible Company (DESR).
The airport services company received the distinction after being examined in four axes: organizational strategy, values and organizational culture, development of the environment and relationship with the communities and, finally, in the management of risks and impacts of its operations.
Peru 2021 recognized 65 companies from 19 sectors that assume the commitment of sustainability in their business practices, as well as in the construction of a sustainable country.
Through the Distinctive of Socially Responsible Company, which for the eighth consecutive year granted by the association Peru 2021, it is sought that such recognition becomes a management tool for the continuous improvement of organizations.
In this regard, the General Manager of Talma Airport Services, Arturo Cassinelli, said that this distinction is a recognition of the effort and work of the company, its shareholders and collaborators, who are committed to the performance of an ethical and sustainable work. He also said that "the values that support the organizational culture of Talma Airport Services are perceived in the work and daily effort of each of its collaborators, from its technicians and operators to the company's senior management."
