Talma Training School

We have been offering a differentiated training service since 2007, with highly qualified instructors. We train our personnel, as well as those from other companies in the air travel and logistics industry: airlines, airports, cargo agents, custom brokers and security companies, among others. The training offered by our school includes courses required by the Peruvian Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC), IATA courses and other related courses.

 

 

With more than 12,000 class hours per year, Talma Training School has become the first training center of the air travel and logistics industry in Peru to obtain the IATA certifications. It is the first school in Latin America to become an IATA Regional Training Partner - RTP.

IATA Courses

Talma Training School is the first regional training center accredited and certified by the International Air Transport Association - IATA. Our School has highly and qualified instructors for the advice and dictation of courses related to industry. Actually, TTS is recognized as Accredited Training School - ATS, Accredited Training Center - ATC and Regional Training Partner - RTP.

 

  • Dangerous Goods Regulation
    Leaded to employees of freight agencies, airlines, security companies, operating personnel, independent persons related to the transport of dangerous goods.

    Goal: This course offers to the attendees the identification of dangerous goods and the application of established process by the transportation authority. Likewise the application, limitations and regulations for the handling and classification of dangerous goods are disclosed.
  • Cargo Introductory Course
    Aimed to airlines employees, terminals of air storage, shippers, agents of load, dispatchers of flight, among others.

    Goal: It allows to apply correctly the regulation and adjustment that rule in the air transport of load. Participants will identify and use IATA manuals for the transportation of goods by air, meet the country codes, cities, airports and airlines, as well as the importance of the correct application and interpretation of the procedures and regulations detailed in the handbooks.

RTP - IATA Courses

As a Regional Training Partner, TTS is part of the regional training partner network that includes more than 25 training centers worldwide. These institutions offer IATA courses locally from their facilities, with the participation of IATA international instructors, supported by constantly updated materials.

 

  • Air Cargo Management
    Aimed to companies of load, airlines, regulators, as well as other actors of the sector.

    Goal: This course allows to improve the competitive performance thanks to a series of management tools that aim to maintain optimal levels of attention to the client and to be up to date in the latest trends in commercial and technology strategie.
  • Aviation Security Management – AVSEC
    Aimed to airports and airlines managers, service providers involved in the management of passengers and / or cargo operations, representatives of civil aviation, civil and police authorities.

    Goal: This course enable to participants to identify and manage security threats and create a safety culture in the aviation environment. It also promotes the use of resources in an appropriate and timely manner, measuring the results.

Our school provide regulated courses, promoting the correct development of air transport activities within the Peruvian territory and the application of national standards in accordance with the levels of safety required by Peruvian Civil Aviation Authority, the Civil Aeronautical General Bereau of Peru - DGAC.
