Lima, 17th August 2026.- Talma Airport Services, the leading airport services company in Peru and Latin America and part of the Sandoval Group, received the Sustainably Managed Company (EGS) distinction from Perú Sostenible in recognition of the effective integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into its management.
This distinction recognizes organizations that integrate sustainability into their processes and decision-making. This time, Perú Sostenible highlighted Talma’s practices in the fields of transparency, corporate ethics and comprehensive risk management, as well as its consideration of issues related to sustainability and climate change.
In the environmental sphere, it highlighted the company's commitment to a certified management system, as well as ongoing monitoring of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy and water consumption waste management indicators, in addition to initiatives focused on improving the efficiency of its operations and reducing its environmental impacts.
“Receiving this distinction for eight consecutive years reflects the continuity of our work to integrate sustainability across all aspects of our operations. We remain committed to developing responsible practices and creating lasting value for our employees, customers, partners, and the communities where we operate", said Edgardo Carbonel, General Manager of Talma Peru.
