For the sixth consecutive year Talma obtains ISO 37001:2016 certification for its 20 stations nationwide

  • The certification covers all the sites where Talma Peru operates, including Lima station and 19 in the rest of the country.
  • ISO 37001:2016 is valid for three years, and to achieve it for the sixth successive year, a series of actions were required within the company.

Talma, the leading company in airport services in Latin America and a member of the Sandoval Group, was awarded ISO 37001:2016 certification by the Business Alliance for Secure Commerce Peru (BASC PERU), under its PERU CERTIFICATION mark and accredited by ANAB and INACAL, in recognition of the company's implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an Anti-Bribery Management System (SGAS).

The certification covers the company's different processes and extends to sites where Talma Peru operates, including Lima station and 19 more stations outside the capital (Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Chiclayo, Iquitos, Ilo, Jaén, Jauja, Juliaca, Pisco, Piura, Puerto Maldonado, Pucallpa, Tacna, Talara, Tarapoto, Trujillo, Tumbes). This is also the sixth consecutive year that the company has held this distinction since it was first awarded in December 2017.

"We are very pleased to receive ISO 37001:2016 recertification. All operational departments of Talma Peru's 20 stations, as well as support and strategic functions such as human resources, commercial, finance and more are part of this process that makes us a company with strong ethical values," said Arturo Cassinelli, Talma's Corporate General Manager.

The certification is valid for three years, and to achieve it for the sixth successive year, a series of actions were required within the company. Among the most relevant was our renewal of the induction and awareness program on Talma's ethical regulations, so that personnel can recognize and reaffirm their commitment to the organization's values. In addition, last year we carried out the second "Integrate with Integrity" program, which aims to provide Talma's entrepreneurial suppliers with the knowledge and tools necessary to establish an anti-corruption system in their organizations, encouraging a culture of integrity in the value chain.

"Obtaining this recertification enables us to reaffirm that our processes remain honest, ethical and transparent and that we are continually improving them to detect and prevent the risk of bribery or other forms of corruption and to take the necessary measures to stop them. At Talma, we provide safe, fast and efficient airport services to world-class standards, honestly and in line with business ethics," concluded Arturo Cassinelli, Talma's Corporate General Manager.
