This month, our Engineering Area held two "Design Thinking" workshops, where 20 Customs Agencies participated. The purpose of these meetings was to understand the needs of our clients within the Import Billing process and to reiterate that we remain committed to continue working on creating Digital Transformation solutions to improve the user experience in customers.
