Talma Peru renews ABE 2025-2027 certification and reaffirms its commitment to good labor practices

The leading airport services company is recognized for the sixth consecutive time for its responsible human talent management, promotion of formal employment and equitable working conditions.

Talma, the leading airport services company in Peru and Latin America and a member of the Grupo Sandoval, has for the sixth consecutive time obtained the ABE certification for the 2025–2027 period from the Asociación de Buenos Empleadores of the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AmCham). This recognition highlights the company's sustained application of good labor practices and responsible human talent management.

The ABE certification recognizes organizations that promote formal employment, guarantee equitable working conditions, respect employee rights, and manage human capital under ethical and sustainable standards. In this context, the recertification confirms that Talma maintains standards aligned with the best labor management practices in the country.
